TEAM BUILDING FACILITATORS IN ZIMBABWE

At Noah’s Ark Team Building Services, we customize each team building event to suit each client. We are cognizant of the fact that each team is unique with respect to age, gender, educational attainment of members, industry and even the history of the team. Like each person’s DNA, the DNA of each team will never be the same. Our experience in dealing with teams, large and small, has honed within us the appreciation of the diversity that lies within each team. In as much as the principles that build great teams are the same, multiplicity within each team is what we have learnt to deal with through all the teams that have passed through our hands.

Our coaches combine Purpose, Positive Energy and Passion to deliver high Performance Team Building programmes that are Mindblowing, Motivating and Memorable. We never engage in team activities and merely draw energy out of people. Instead, we believe that each team must go back to the workplace and deliver to expectations. The activities are therefore built up with the understanding that whatever we do during training must convert into tangible results. Each exercise come with a brief before and after, with team members given the opportunity to draw life and team lessons that they can apply in their day to day work duties.

Because of the uniqueness of each team, we are flexible enough to accommodate and work with each team in aligning with budget constraints, diversity of team members and the selection of venues that are ideal to the exact needs of each client.

SIZE DOESN’T MATTER, TEAMWORK DOES

The work ethic of ants is forever amazing. It is worth emulation. The most fascinating thing is the size of this creature, being so small, the great accomplishments cannot be ignored. Even the wisest of man, King Solomon, could only stand in awe and he admonished the sluggard to visit the ant and pick some wisdom. No one would deny that ants are in a class of their own in the order in which they execute their mandate. Their secret lies in taking advantage of teamwork. A single ant will never achieve much but when you bring them together and a work of great art is brought to life.

COMMUNICATION – THE GLUE THAT BINDS TEAMS TOGETHER

Bees have one of the most complex communication languages in the animal kingdom outside humans. When a honey bee identifies a source of pollen, she heads to the colony with the details of the exact location in terms of direction and distance of the food source. When she gets home, she alerts others of the presence of the food source through a specialised dance called the waggle dance. This is the highest display of teamwork which every team ought to emulate. In the event when bees die as a result of entering a field sprayed with chemicals, it is only until others know that something is amiss and they alert those back home. This explains why only a few hours after one honey bee has visited a particular flower that many others are seen around the same flowers. The same applies after a farmer has sprayed some insecticides in a field, the honey bees quickly communicate to members of the team of the impending danger.
